With over three decades of experience navigating the high-stakes intersections of neuropsychology, government, and human behavior, Dr. Michael A. Nili brings a unique lens to storytelling. His career has spanned private practice and senior advisory roles across national and international organizations, where he specialized in the psychology of risk, deception, and resilience under pressure. These experiences have given him an insider’s view of both the absurdity and gravity of life in high-stress environments—an authenticity that enriches his narratives. In addition to pioneering Neuro-Behavioral Modification (NBM), an innovative therapeutic model combining cognitive behavioral therapy and neuropharmacology, he has served as a consultant to private and public figures on issues ranging from international negotiations to crisis management. He has also taught psychology and biological sciences at the undergraduate and graduate levels, sharpening his ability to distill complex ideas into engaging, relatable stories. This background—blending expertise in human psychology, conflict, and leadership under fire—equips him to craft stories that balance humor with tension, authenticity with satire, and entertainment with sharp social observation.
